Members of the research group “Constitutional Democracy, New Authoritarianisms and Digital Constitutionalism”, from IDP, under the coordination of Professor Dr. Ilton Norberto Robl Filho and Professor Dr. Ademar Borges, published a Technical Note on Bill No. 2.630/2020 and a Memorandum of this Technical Note.
This Technical Note presents contributions to the text of the Substitute Bill for PL 2.630/2020, seeking to assist in building a regulatory environment for digital platforms that guarantees security for the exercise of fundamental rights of users and that, at the same time, ensures the stability of the Democratic Rule of Law.
