IDP PROFESSOR LAUNCHES BOOK ON THE TEMPORAL EFFECTIVENESS OF TAX JUDGMENT

Claudio Xavier Seefelder Filho, a former Master's student and Professor of Postgraduate Studies at IDP, is the author of a new academic publication: Constitutional Jurisdiction and the Temporal Effectiveness of Res Judicata in Ongoing Tax Law Relationships.
